Payment Policy

As a reservation of our providers’ time, Ebb and Flow Wellness requires a payment method on file. Please have your credit card ready when booking.

Cancellation Policy

Ebb & Flow Wellness respectfully asks that all cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% late cancellation fee, and guests who miss their appointment without any prior notification will result in a 100% service charge.
